lilPaats is the creator of Architect Island, a 160 plot development in the Voxels metaverse. He brought the idea to Voxels, which saw the convergence of many artists and builders, including in real life architecture firm Forrm Architects. While his studio only worked on the lower quarter of the island, he oversaw the design of the whole island, along with creating the map and urban layout of it. Besides introducing fully designed and developed ready-to-sell plots to the Voxels eco-system, this island is also unique in it's usage of boulevards, parks, and canals. Today, the island is home to a vibrant community of galleries, event spaces and education halls; along with being one of the most visited islands in Voxels. As of August 8, his suburb of the island had reached 41e ($76k) in primary sales.
